Who provides your care

Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Blue Onyx Health assessments and write prescriptions. LocumTele is responsible for clinical care, provider licensure and oversight, patient records and clinical policies. Blue Onyx Health provides the website, ordering and non-clinical support, and cannot influence a clinical outcome.

Your provider's name, credential and licence are given in your care materials before treatment begins.

What we do not promise

Not everyone qualifies for treatment. We don't promise a prescription, a result or a timeline. A licensed provider decides whether treatment is appropriate, and individual results vary.
