Billing

When you're charged.

You pay $0.00 when you place your order request. We then email you a secure payment link to save your card. You're charged only if a licensed provider from LocumTele approves treatment, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Your first billing date is the day treatment is approved. Not approved = not charged, and nothing ships.

Your plan renews automatically at the price and interval shown until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before your next refill by emailing support@blueonyxhealth.com.

Pharmacy relationship

Who prepares your medication.

Prescriptions written by LocumTele providers are sent to VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, which prepares, labels and ships your medication under an individual prescription. Blue Onyx Health is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.

Your visit

A licensed provider decides.

Care is provided by licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants through LocumTele, who decide whether treatment is appropriate.

Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued.

One monthly price. Your online visit, provider messaging and shipping are included. No charge unless a licensed provider approves treatment.
